- Define project scope and convert program needs into executable work packages with clear assumptions and deliverables.
- Develop project strategies, build delivery plans, and maintain staffing forecasts and milestone tracking.
- Manage and inspire multi-disciplinary design teams, ensuring seamless integration of engineering disciplines.
- Coordinate with various AECOM offices for multi-centre projects and allocate resources effectively.
- Confirm digital tools and workflows, including CDE/ACC, model standards, drawing standards, file structures, and review cycles.
- Oversee all design stages from concept to final delivery, managing technical interfaces to prevent clashes.
- Monitor design progress, conduct regular reviews, and resolve issues proactively.
- Implement and maintain high standards of design quality, including QA/QC and technical governance.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders on design matters.
- Provide clear status updates that translate technical issues into schedule and cost impacts.
- Manage project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and manage change proactively.
- Identify and maintain key delivery and technical risks and their mitigations.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare regular design reports.
- Adapt to AECOM Project Delivery Procedures and standards.

- Comfort working in design-build or fast-paced delivery environments with frequent interfaces and design changes.
- Solid fundamentals in schedule management, resource planning, cost awareness, and change control.
- Sufficient technical depth to manage interfaces across civil, structural, geotech, hydraulics/hydrology, and underground disciplines.
