Bitfinex is looking for a Project Manager / Content Manager to support and coordinate the marketing function. You will be responsible for maintaining full oversight of the marketing calendar, campaign planning, asset production timelines, and cross-department coordination, requiring hands-on content ownership, including writing, editing, publishing, and reporting.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the end-to-end marketing calendar, ensuring strategic alignment and execution discipline.
- Plan and coordinate multi-channel campaigns across product launches, platform updates, educational initiatives, and promotional activities for Bitfinex and Bitfinex Securities.
- Define timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across marketing, product, compliance, design, and technology teams.
- Ensure all campaign assets are scoped, briefed, produced, reviewed, and delivered within agreed deadlines.
- Monitor execution risks and proactively remove bottlenecks.
- Maintain structured workflows and documentation standards.
- Prepare post-campaign performance reports and executive summaries.
- Act as a coordination point between internal (Marketing, Product, Tokens, Compliance, Legal, Operations) and external teams.
- Ensure marketing messaging accurately reflects platform functionality, trading mechanics, and regulatory positioning.
- Produce high-quality written content, including blog posts, platform announcements, educational materials, newsletters, and website copy.
- Ensure all content is accurate, compliant, strategically positioned, and aligned with brand standards.
- Edit and proofread with exceptional attention to detail.
- Manage content publishing across CMS and distribution channels.
- Maintain structured content planning aligned with product and market priorities.
- Optimise content for clarity, SEO relevance, and professional investor audiences where applicable.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management, content management, or a hybrid strategic role.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams in regulated or product-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms, financial products, or digital asset markets.
- Excellent written and editorial skills in English.
- Exceptional organisational discipline and deadline management.
- High attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
- Experience with CMS platforms and marketing reporting frameworks.
- Ability to take ownership and operate independently in fast-paced environments.
