Responsibilities

- Resolve any disputes or conflicts that arise during the project.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Manage project teams, including assigning tasks and providing guidance.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required specifications.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Master's degree in construction management or a related field.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
- Experience with LEED or other green building certifications.

- Experience with public sector construction projects.
- Familiarity with construction estimating software.
