Responsibilities
- Lead performance monitoring processes for Brand Retail across multiple markets
- Coordinate data collection cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly) using standardized templates
- Collaborate with local markets to ensure timely and high-quality data delivery
- Analyze traffic, sales, and retail performance metrics from internal systems
- Translate data into insights and recommendations for business stakeholders
- Prepare and present executive-level reports and dashboards
- Drive process improvements and standardization across markets
- Manage stakeholders across regions (HQ, markets, retail teams, analytics teams)
- Ensure alignment with global Brand Retail strategy and KPIs
Requirements
- Experience as Project Manager in FMCG / retail / consumer goods environment
- Experience in performance tracking, reporting transformation, or commercial analytics
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting/dashboard tools
- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
- Experience in multi-market / international projects
- Strong planning, tracking, and reporting skills
- Familiarity with Agile / hybrid / waterfall approaches
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of retail operations, customer journey, and sales performance drivers
