At Capgemini, Architects of Positive Futures, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. You will plan and lead the development of business cases and budgets for ICT systems, managing procurement, audit, and execution to meet business needs within agreed parameters of cost, duration, and quality.
What You'll Do
- Plan and lead the development of the business case and budget for ICT systems.
- Manage and execute the procurement and audit of IT systems in a timely manner.
- Ensure projects are executed based on the project plan to meet identified business needs and success metrics.
- Identify potential project risks and their implications, recommending mitigating measures.
- Effectively engage and manage vendors to deliver ICT solutions and services.
- Understand IT management, quality management, and security policies to ensure development and maintenance processes comply.
What We're Looking For
- A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager across at least 2 full project development life cycles.
- Strong analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills.
- A motivation for innovation to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Nice to Have
- Project Management experience in government agencies with good working knowledge of IM8.
- Experience with Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) and managing data projects in Government Agencies.
- Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional.
