The Opportunity As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering building projects in Northern Ireland across the full project lifecycle — from initial concept and design development through procurement, construction, and commissioning. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Managing projects from inception through to completion, covering design, procurement, site delivery, and commissioning phases - Collaborating with the wider project management team to successfully deliver capital investment projects - Acting as the primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring client objectives are clearly understood and achieved - Assisting with project management commissions and taking full accountability for successful project delivery - Planning, directing, and supervising all activities associated with moderately sized projects involving moderate risk, complexity, and financial impact - Supporting the operational performance and continuous improvement of the AECOM project management team in Belfast - Demonstrating recent experience in delivering projects across RIBA Stages 0–7 - Administration of NEC ECC contracts
