AccessOne MedCard, Inc. (a Phreesia company) is hiring a Project Manager to play a key role in the execution of creative projects within our health technology environment. You will work cross-functionally to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business needs, managing planning and execution for all project sizes and types, from web content to sales decks.
What You'll Do
- Manage and coordinate each phase of creative projects, from initiation to closure, for Life Sciences and other segments, ensuring resource availability and that projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Facilitate project requirements from definition through launch.
- Create detailed project plans using project management tools to ensure key milestones, dependencies, and timelines are communicated and maintained.
- Coordinate working groups for each project and ensure the right stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Manage the creative projects of several offshore team members.
- Communicate project status to teams and stakeholders regularly, maintaining internal status reports, risk mitigation, and escalating to management as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and develop new processes to streamline workflows and optimize creative production.
- Lead project kickoff and milestone meetings with clear agendas and actionable next steps.
- Partner with the Creative Team Manager to build monthly project and resource utilization reporting to maximize deliverables.
- Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful elements of the process.
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of relevant project management experience within a creative or advertising agency or an in-house marketing team.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a wide range of creative projects, including ads, web design, social, sales materials, white papers, videos, and product collateral.
- Ability to quickly earn the trust of key stakeholders, set direction and execute.
- Proven success working across all levels of management.
- Experience with project management tools required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to successfully navigate a highly matrixed organization.
- Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and onboard new hires on system requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Comfortable with occasional travel (approximately 1x -2x per quarter).

- Experience within pharma or healthcare-adjacent environments.
- Monday.com and Ziflow project management platform experience.
