Impossible Cloud is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and deliver cross-functional projects across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer teams. This role focuses on effective planning, clear documentation, and consistent tracking and communication of progress.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and deliver cross-functional projects within defined scopes
- Support effective project planning
- Maintain clear and well-documented deliverables
- Ensure progress is tracked and communicated consistently
- Help manage timelines and risks
- Escalate issues as needed
- Keep work moving with structure and reliability
- Manage project plans and tracking in Asana
- Maintain documentation, decisions, and project knowledge in Confluence
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of project management or related experience
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, well-structured updates to stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate work across multiple teams with competing priorities
- Solid planning, organizational, and time-management skills
- Experience identifying risks, surfacing issues early, and supporting follow-through to resolution
- Comfortable managing project delivery in Asana and maintaining documentation in Confluence
- Ability to support stakeholder alignment on timelines, responsibilities, and expectations
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in maintaining project momentum
- Self-motivated and effective in a remote or distributed team environment
Nice to Have
- PMP or other project management certifications, or demonstrated working knowledge of standard project management practices
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or product-led organizations
- Experience contributing to digital transformation or operational change initiatives
- Experience working with global or distributed teams
