Nordex SE is looking for a Project Management Officer to lead and manage improvement initiatives within our global Service organization. Based in Chennai, you will be responsible for organizing international teams and driving projects from definition through to successful roll-out.
What You'll Do
- Organize and lead international project teams, assign individual responsibilities, and develop project schedules.
- Determine resource requirements and budgets to run improvement projects within the Service department.
- Monitor and report on project status, including cost, timing, and staffing.
- Ensure adherence to internal quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and resolve obstacles to completing projects on time and within budget.
- Manage multiple, interrelated projects, potentially integrating vendor tasks and tracking their deliverables.
- Organize and lead workshops and meetings with cross-functional, global stakeholders.
- Manage sub-projects or projects with reduced complexity, assuming leadership of partial or small teams.
- Develop project scope, objectives, and KPIs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Lead international project teams with members from different functions and locations under guidance.
- Support organizational improvement and efficiency initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- A University Degree in an Engineering, Science, or Management field.
- Several years of professional experience leading projects from definition to roll-out, specifically implementing process improvements.
- Proven experience in a Service Operation environment.
- Experience in the wind energy sector.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Technical knowledge in Power-BI and ERP (SAP) systems.
