Join Vodafone as a Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist within our SCM Transformation Office in Budapest. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting strategic alignment across our digital transformation initiatives by managing roadmaps, demand pipelines, and benefit tracking. You will optimise resource utilisation, oversee financials, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our PMO standards and processes, all within a dynamic, collaborative culture focused on building a better, more connected future.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and manage the digital project roadmap and demand pipeline.
- Support project proposal preparation and benefit tracking.
- Track resource utilisation and forecast capacity needs.
- Manage external workforce ordering and ensure alignment with demand.
- Deliver financial oversight including cost pipeline, commitments, actuals, licences, and long-range planning.
- Drive PMO growth through internal alignment, standards development, and process improvement.
What We're Looking For
- A professional with 3+ years of project-related experience.
- Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, AgilePM®, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt).
- Skilled in project portfolio management, governance, and delivery frameworks.
- Experienced in budget tracking, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, specifically Excel and Power BI.
- An effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
