EX Squared is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead complex technical projects from inception to completion. In this remote role, you will be the primary engineering authority, responsible for delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
What You'll Do
- Lead the full project lifecycle for engineering initiatives, from planning and design to execution and delivery
- Develop detailed project plans, specifications, and scope documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional resources, including internal teams and external vendors
- Manage project risks, timelines, budgets, and quality assurance
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in a project engineering or technical project management role
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex, multi-phase engineering projects
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
