Thesis Inc. is hiring a Project Coordinator to be the central nervous system for our product and growth initiatives. In this unique role, you will work directly alongside the CEO of Lolli, ensuring our fast-paced, remote teams are aligned and executing with precision. You'll have a front-row seat to building a leading company in the web3 space as the CEO's operational right-hand.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for tracking the status of all key company projects.
Maintain and update our project management tools to ensure a single source of truth.
Prepare concise status reports and progress summaries for the CEO.
Coordinate between engineering, marketing, and operations to manage timelines and dependencies.
Schedule critical meetings, prepare agendas, and document follow-up action items.
Proactively identify and help remove administrative and operational blockers.
