Sikich is looking for a Project Coordinator – Financial Services to work closely with our Project Management team to achieve project goals. You will be the primary point of contact for vertical projects, handling day-to-day tasks and ensuring accurate financial results in a professional services environment.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Project Owners and Managers to configure project groups, identify issues, and ensure accurate financial results.
- Create and manage projects within the system, handling details, updates, and billing.
- Oversee project budget imports, adjustments, and baselines.
- Manage resource updates for projects with exiting employees.
- Handle project issues via a centralized ticketing board.
- Review and troubleshoot revenue to ensure proper revenue recognition.
- Identify and recommend areas for improvement to upper management.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or three (3) plus years of equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in Financial Operations, Sales Operations, and/or Project Management.
- Experience with Oracle ERP or a similar cloud-based project and financial management tool.
- Experience in a Professional Services industry or environment.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with operating cloud-based software.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
