About the Role
The role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules, preparing reports, and acting as a central point of contact between teams to ensure smooth delivery of construction and property projects.
Responsibilities
- Organize project timelines and milestones in coordination with project managers
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and filing systems
- Schedule and support team meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Track deliverables and follow up on outstanding actions
- Assist in preparing progress reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate communication between departments and external partners
- Monitor project budgets and assist with financial tracking
- Manage change requests and update project plans accordingly
- Support risk assessment processes and log maintenance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Facilitate site visits and coordinate logistics for project teams
- Update and manage project dashboards and status trackers
- Liaise with contractors and consultants to confirm deliverables
- Assist in procurement and tendering coordination
- Maintain project registers including issues, risks, and decisions
- Ensure project documentation meets audit and governance requirements
- Support project closeout procedures and handover documentation
- Coordinate training sessions or inductions for project staff
- Help manage project communications, including newsletters and updates
- Act as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries
Nice to Have
- APM or PRINCE2 certification
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects
- Knowledge of BIM or digital construction platforms
- Previous exposure to infrastructure or commercial developments
- Additional language skills beneficial for regional projects
