Construction & Property Group – UK is hiring a Project Coordinator

About the Role

RemoteVA PH is looking for a Project Coordinator to support project execution by managing schedules, tasks, and communications. This role ensures project deliverables are completed on time and aligned with company standards.

What You'll Do

  • Use internal Wrike project management software to run timeline, past-due, assignee, and KPI reports.
  • Identify past-due tasks and proactively contact assignees to keep projects moving forward.
  • Manage task data as requested, including reassigning tasks when necessary.
  • Perform data entry by entering provided datasets into designated tasks accurately.
  • Communicate effectively via email and Teams chat during USA/PST business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST).
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and status reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Support project meetings by preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality requirements across all project activities.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain workflow efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience with project management tools (Wrike, MS Project, Trello, Asana).
