Responsibilities
- Organize project schedules and track key milestones
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation and update status reports
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items
- Assist in risk identification and mitigation planning
- Monitor project budgets and report variances
- Support change management processes during project transitions
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Track resource allocation and availability
- Manage project onboarding for new team members
- Gather and analyze project performance metrics
- Escalate issues that impact project timelines or scope
- Maintain version control for project files
- Support client onboarding and offboarding workflows
- Coordinate cross-functional team efforts on integrated tasks
- Prepare presentations for project reviews
- Follow established project management methodologies
- Update project management tools in real time
- Ensure compliance with internal project governance standards
- Assist in post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions
Nice to Have
- Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP)
