GFT Technologies SE is seeking a Project Coordination / Tech Lead to lead end-to-end technology projects, from initial planning through to final delivery. You will define the technical architecture and direction for solutions while acting as the primary technical contact for clients and stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end technology projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Define technical architecture and technological direction for solutions.
- Manage backlog, roadmap, and priorities with the Product Owner.
- Ensure technical quality, good development practices, and adherence to code standards.
- Coordinate a multidisciplinary team, including developers, QA, UX/UI, and DevOps.
- Monitor performance indicators such as KPIs, SLAs, and OKRs.
- Manage project risks, scope, deadlines, and budget.
- Act as the technical focal point for clients and stakeholders.
- Promote continuous improvement of processes and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in technology project management.
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead or technical leader.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Experience with software architecture and best practices like Clean Code, SOLID, and Design Patterns.
- Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with version control using Git.
- Experience managing technical teams.
