About the Role

The role involves supporting project planning and scheduling activities across various stages of project lifecycles. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining schedules, analyzing progress, and providing insights to project teams. Specialists will work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and effective control of project timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect changes
  • Analyze schedule performance and identify potential delays
  • Support baseline schedule development and change management processes
  • Produce regular progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure schedule integrity
  • Identify risks and opportunities related to project timelines
  • Assist in forecasting project completion dates based on current data
  • Ensure compliance with project controls procedures and standards
  • Participate in schedule reviews and audits
  • Work with cost control teams to align scheduling with budgeting
  • Support integrated project planning across multiple workstreams
  • Provide input during project planning phases and execution
  • Maintain version control of schedule documentation
  • Use scheduling software to model different project scenarios
  • Train team members on schedule reporting and tracking methods
  • Ensure timely communication of schedule updates to project leads
  • Contribute to lessons learned and process improvement initiatives
  • Support dispute resolution with schedule-based evidence
  • Assist in the development of project control plans
  • Coordinate with external contractors on schedule alignment
