Graham is looking for a Project Controls Manager to support our Infrastructure Division. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and documenting project controls processes, procedures, and systems. You will act as a senior escalation point, monitor operational requirements, and support project teams with planning and decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Define, document, and maintain project controls processes, procedures, and systems within your area of specialization.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex project controls issues, identifying projects at risk and escalating concerns.
- Monitor evolving operational requirements and industry practices to lead improvement initiatives.
- Support project teams with project controls planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and KPI development.
- Manage, coach, and mentor junior Project Controls personnel, with responsibility for up to six direct reports.
What We're Looking For
- A diploma or university degree, preferably in Construction or Engineering.
- 5–10+ years of experience in construction and project controls.
- Hands-on use of cost control, scheduling, planning, and document management systems.
- Strong business process and systems expertise within Project Controls.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Project Controls software, and P6.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, collaborate across departments, and communicate effectively.
- Strong financial and business judgment to support informed project decision-making.
