As a Project & Comms Specialist, you'll play a key role in advancing internal and external communication initiatives while ensuring smooth project execution. You'll design and produce high-quality visual materials across digital and print formats, aligning with brand guidelines and organizational goals. Your responsibilities include managing content on digital platforms, particularly maintaining and enhancing the SharePoint front-end to support usability, consistency, and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication assets for diverse audiences using expertise in design tools and content strategy.
- Design graphics and layouts using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva, ensuring visual coherence across channels.
- Support the planning and delivery of IMPO/IMFT-related projects, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across functions and regions to execute communication plans effectively.
- Provide administrative oversight, streamlining operations and supporting team productivity.
- Ensure content within Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments is accurate, up to date, and user-friendly.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in communications, project coordination, or administrative support within multinational environments.
- Strong fluency in English and demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, SharePoint, and content management systems, with a quick aptitude for learning new platforms.
- Design proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva for creating engaging visual content.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, with precision and attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset with strong judgment, especially when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations with minimal supervision and high accountability.
