At Rolls-Royce Power Systems, we are looking for a Project and Portfolio Manager to develop and implement global management frameworks and tools. You will analyze our portfolio, provide KPI-based reporting, and consult with leadership and project teams across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement cross-BU global portfolio, program, and project management guidelines, processes, methodology, and tools, collaborating with specialist departments and considering standards like ISO and ICB 4.0.
- Analyze and monitor the global portfolio, including programs and projects, through KPI-based, standardized reporting, escalating to senior committees as necessary.
- Support and advise managers and program/project leads as a key user on the application of project management tools, creating individualized evaluations.
- Support integrated, cross-departmental program and project planning within operational project system business, with a focus on Mobile Applications.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree (diploma or master's).
- Several years of experience as a project or program manager specifically within Mobile Applications.
- Solid knowledge in project, program, and portfolio management (e.g., IPMA certification).
- Knowledge in process management and key figure systems.
- A confident style of interaction with both working and management levels.
- Enjoyment in further developing an expert team distributed across EMEA, NALA, and APAC regions.
Nice to Have
- Ideally, several years of experience working within the SAP environment (PPM, BW, SAC, CEC).
