Worley is hiring a Project Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, scheduling, filing, and fulfilling requests from field projects, clients, and internal departments. What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the office, supervising personnel for benefits and secretarial staff.
- Coordinate clerical support, train and evaluate secretarial staff, and handle the relocation of field staff.
- Oversee staff timesheets, per diem, expense reports, utilities, telephones, and housing billings.
- Coordinate and administer the travel program for all Worley management and employees.
- Monitor and issue cost savings reports for corporate review.
- Organize contract files, edit and maintain financial reports, and control inventory and supplies.
- Publish monthly reports, oversee accounts payable and receivable, and assist in annual budget preparation.
- Monitor cost of operations and produce proposals, bid packages, contracts, and specifications.
- Handle conferences, meetings, air travel, and accommodations for domestic travel.
What We're Looking For
- This is an Entry Level position.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
