Sentara Health is hiring a professional to recruit, grow, and enable customers and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to deliver solutions for application development, data interoperability, and enterprise software. You will act as a consultant for our partner community, focusing on relationship building and challenging partners to think differently about their business.

What You'll Do

Grow the 2-tier channel business, managing Distributor, Systems Integrator, and reseller relationships.
Conduct farming activities: account and territory planning, partner management, and act as a trusted advisor.
Conduct hunting activities: green field development, solution selling, and marketing support.
Actively handle, track, and precisely forecast revenue opportunities in Salesforce.
Maintain reporting rigor, commitment, and proactivity.
Participate in marketing activities such as webinars, tradeshows, and workshops.
Deliver public presentations, maintain good organization, and travel abroad.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in English and Japanese.
Proven account management or sales experience with a track record of success, preferably within a software company.
Good listening and presentation skills to customers and during marketing events.
Familiarity with selling methodologies and customer engagement models such as Infra and AI Solution Selling.
Ability to travel as required.

Nice to Have

A degree in Business or in Computer Science.
Experience with contract management.
