Responsibilities
- Maintain current and accurate asset data within the department's Management and Maintenance System (MMS), updating records following maintenance activities, construction projects, repair contracts, or permitted work.
- Focus on a designated roadway asset category, becoming the primary expert for the team by mastering technical details, contract specifications, deployment practices, and evolving federal standards across the state.
- Provide on-the-ground support to district personnel to ensure correct documentation of maintenance actions for assigned asset types, including data entry through desktop or mobile platforms, database updates, and resolving software or database issues.
