XTREME GRAPHICS LIMITED is seeking a Program Manager - Technology to lead the development of a new financial technology platform within FIS's Embedded Finance team. The candidate will manage complex technical projects, drive innovation through greenfield solutions, and collaborate across product, engineering, UX, and go-to-market teams to deliver business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Manage schedule and delivery risk on a daily basis and drive solutions
- Proactive identification of process and procedural failings and recommendations to resolve
- Status reporting to exec level stakeholders
- Resource/capacity management and planning
- Establishing more effective communication and planning amongst teams
- Fully and completely understand system inter-dependencies and limitations
- Assist in the career development of others, actively mentoring individuals and the community on advanced technical issues
- Help managers guide the career growth of their team members
- Exert technical influence over multiple teams, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing your deep knowledge and experience
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development or technical program management experience
- Experience with managing large cross-functional projects
- 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and operating secure architecture and reference architectures in public AWS/Azure/GCP cloud
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, asynchronous architectures, and distributed algorithms
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Deep hands-on technical expertise in at least one major area: large scale full stack development, building complex distributed systems, designing massive global networks
- A proven track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
- Able to collect, analyze and present data sets support project goals and initiatives
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, and comfortable presenting in large groups and handling high-pressure communication with senior management
- Strong organizational skills, successful track record of coordinating between multiple project stakeholders, technical program managers, and software development teams
- Experience in creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans; prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and proven leadership skills

Compensation: $133,520 - $224,300
