Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Program Manager to lead strategic projects and act as a trusted partner to leadership. This remote role in India focuses on defining and executing initiatives aligned with business objectives through cross-functional coordination.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for global customers during product implementation, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop, monitor, and report on customer success metrics to drive service improvements.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and achieving business goals.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
- Proactively assess potential risks in customer projects and implement mitigation plans.
- Promote strong collaboration across departments including sales, engineering, and support.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in program or project management.
- Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse teams and clients.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably within SaaS or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
