What We Provide - Competitive financial compensation - Comprehensive medical coverage and life protection - Employer-supported retirement plan - Substantial annual leave and wellness initiatives - Adaptable working configurations Responsibilities - Maintain program delivery consistency by establishing standards, sharing insights, and communicating client-specific requirements to internal teams - Participate as a member of Oversight/Operations Committees for designated clients - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to evaluate study risks, develop mitigation plans, and identify opportunities for enhanced delivery, profitability, and satisfaction - Track study timelines and financial aspects across assigned accounts - Recognize and escalate potential study risks and implement mitigation approaches - Manage internal/external negotiations and promote collaboration for efficient resource utilization and timely completion - Develop problem-solving strategies to address customer challenges and maintain issue tracking for prompt resolution - Monitor and report program-level key performance indicators - Attend operational and governance meetings with customers (in-person and virtual) - Support cross-trained team members and contribute to strategic decision-making - Represent services at Investigator Meetings, Site Initiation Meetings, and other sponsor-related gatherings - Support training plans and onboarding new Project Management team members Qualifications - Bachelor's degree and demonstrated project management experience in the industry - 4–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or related sectors, emphasizing project management - eCOA experience highly preferred - Understanding of drug development processes - Superior organizational, interpersonal, and time management capabilities - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Willingness to travel up to 20% (valid passport required) - Proven ability to mentor staff and influence strategic decisions At Clario, our mission is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
