Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end rollout of enterprise collaborations, converting contractual agreements into actionable implementation roadmaps
- Orchestrate key milestones across technical, clinical, and operational domains, including EMR integration and future-facing initiatives
- Oversee comprehensive project schedules, monitor interdependencies and deliverables, and enforce phase-gate approvals
- Enable seamless transitions between business development, delivery teams, and post-launch support functions
- Act as the central liaison for internal groups including clinical operations, product, engineering, compliance, and operations to synchronize goals and resolve obstacles
- Ensure thorough documentation of responsibilities, deadlines, outputs, and accountable parties throughout the program lifecycle
- Monitor and report on program-level risks and impediments; propose corrective actions
- Lead preparedness evaluations and verification checklists ahead of live deployment
- Produce and present structured progress reports, risk summaries, and executive updates
- Manage external partner communications during implementation phases as needed
