6sense is looking for a Program Manager to support high-impact programs within our Product and Technology Program Management team. In this role, you will drive impact on the company roadmap by leading through influence, navigating ambiguity, and understanding technical details.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Product, Engineering, User Experience, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality programs on schedule.
- Understand dependencies across functions to optimize the overall system and deliver quality offerings at scale.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, adjusting your approach for different audiences and stakeholders.
- Anticipate upcoming risks and issues, developing proactive mitigation strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Bring an experienced product mindset to tie strategy and execution together.
- Assist in organizing stakeholder meetings, tracking actions, and providing updates on program status.
- Support process improvements and assist in leveraging metrics to improve team performance.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, going beyond status reporting to drive execution and remove obstacles.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a technical environment or project management role.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them to various audiences.
- Knowledge of the principles, practices, standards, and tools associated with broad-reaching program management.
- Ability to build and foster strong relationships across the organization.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to assist in synthesizing data and presenting it clearly.
- Experience with tracking program metrics.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; expert collaborator.
