Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical liaison with clients to confirm and validate program-specific requirements.
- Oversee program budgets, cost tracking, timelines, and deliverable milestones.
- Lead and guide program teams to ensure performance aligns with contractual obligations and exceeds client expectations.
- Execute and manage all tasks defined in the Performance Work Statement, ensuring compliance and timely output.
- Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities in managing internal staff and subcontractor teams.
- Supervise project managers and technical leads, providing strategic direction for high-quality delivery.
- Possess hands-on experience with the Risk Management Framework, DIACAP, and NIST security control implementation.
- Work closely with government partners to ensure IT infrastructure services support agency objectives and reporting goals.
- Serve as the central point of contact for contract management and accountability, ensuring adherence to service levels and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives from concept through implementation while fostering a constructive team culture.
