Strategic Education, Inc. (SEI) is hiring a Program Development Coordinator to support the administrative, organizational, and research efforts for establishing the Screen Scoring programs within the Media Design School at Strayer University. You will play a key role in ensuring the structured and successful launch of these creative academic initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the setup and development of the Screen Scoring programs.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to program planning and implementation.
- Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Conduct research on academic programs and industry trends; analyze findings to inform program decisions.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and tracking systems to monitor progress and support decision-making.
- Work closely with internal departments across Strayer University to ensure alignment and coordinated efforts.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to support effective collaboration.
What We're Looking For
- Candidates must reside in the Atlanta, GA area to be considered.
- Bachelor of Arts required.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, scheduling, logistics, public service, nonprofit work, or program coordination.
- Strong web research skills with the ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High interest in the creative arts and a passion for innovative projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Must be able to travel occasionally should a business need arise.
- Ability to work onsite in a Corporate or Campus office environment may be required.
- Must be able to meet critical thinking and problem-solving aspects aligned to job duties.
- Able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant.
- Able to access information using a computer.
Nice to Have
- Educational background in business management, arts management, entertainment business practice, communications, or a related field.
- Background in customer-facing roles or the service industry, including hospitality or retail.
- Exposure to research or analytical work in academic, policy, or organizational settings.
