About the Role
This role provides critical support to the LEAD AI program through coordination of events, research assistance, and administrative management, ensuring smooth operations and effective dissemination of policy-related content.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and public events
- Assist in preparing briefing materials and background documents
- Support research activities related to artificial intelligence and policy
- Manage event invitations and track participant registrations
- Draft and distribute meeting summaries and follow-up communications
- Maintain up-to-date contact databases for stakeholders and experts
- Help organize panel discussions and speaker sessions
- Monitor developments in AI policy and emerging technologies
- Compile reading lists and resource materials for program use
- Assist with travel and scheduling arrangements for speakers
- Support grant-related documentation and reporting requirements
- Coordinate with external partners on joint initiatives
- Help prepare presentations and talking points for senior staff
- Track deadlines for deliverables and program milestones
- Facilitate communication between research teams and program leadership
- Assist in editing and proofreading written content
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Respond to internal and external inquiries about the program
- Support social media and outreach content preparation
- Participate in team meetings and strategic planning sessions
