Edia is seeking a Professional Learning Manager to lead and deliver exceptional training and onboarding experiences for educators using our AI-powered platform. This role sits at the intersection of professional development, product implementation, and user enablement, directly supporting our mission for every child to have an exceptional experience in school.
What You'll Do
- Develop professional development plans for new district customers to support seamless onboarding onto the Edia platform.
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual professional learning sessions tailored for teachers, administrators, and support staff.
- Guide customers through best practices in AI-powered student success, ensuring they achieve measurable impact in areas such as MTSS, absenteeism reduction, and math proficiency.
- Create role-specific training materials and self-serve resources that enable ongoing learning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by building deep relationships and consulting with teachers and administrative personnel one-on-one to ensure they are realizing value from the Edia AI platform.
- Leverage knowledge of AI in education, the Edia platform, and K-12 challenges to help schools optimize their use of AI-driven insights.
- Proactively analyze customer adoption trends, usage patterns, and student outcomes to provide data-backed recommendations that help drive engagement.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in K–12 education as a school or district administrator (e.g., Principal, Assistant Principal, District Coordinator or Executive, Assistant Superintendent, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Led or facilitated professional development, with an emphasis on instructional technology or curriculum integration.
- Experience implementing or supporting technology tools or digital learning platforms in classrooms or district-wide initiatives.
- Demonstrated success driving change and adoption, especially during district rollouts or system-wide innovation.
- Strong presenter and facilitator, confident with in-person PD, webinars, and large stakeholder engagements.
- Passion for K-12 education, improving student outcomes and supporting educators through innovative AI-driven solutions.
- Willing to travel extensively (50%+ of time).
- Based out of the west coast.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field preferred.
