In this role, you will handle two primary on-site responsibilities: assisting engineering teams in processing and moving engineering and production batches through the manufacturing line, and participating in incoming goods inspection to ensure the quality of new raw materials. You will collaborate closely with engineers and various departments to successfully implement projects and efficiently integrate new materials into the production process. What You Can Achieve - Support engineering teams in handling special engineering and production batches, ensuring smooth workflow - Serve as a point of contact for deviations in the production line and provide comprehensive documentation in the MES system - Work closely with production and perform specialized process steps for quality assurance - Create and maintain work instructions and technical documentation for production processes - Assist incoming goods with initial and first article inspections to guarantee material quality What You Bring - Completed technical training (EFZ or equivalent) - Professional experience in a high-tech production environment; semiconductor manufacturing experience is advantageous - Proficient with common software solutions, particularly SAP and MES systems - Ability to read, understand, and practically apply technical drawings - Strong team player with excellent communication skills - Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach - Excellent German language skills (C1/C2) and good English skills (at least B1 level) More About Us Our flexible work practices help you optimize personal and professional performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop and grow their abilities.
