Deckers Brands is seeking a Production Team Member to join our Champaign, IL facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining production lines, sealing finished products, performing visual quality checks, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

What You'll Do

Assemble boxes, insert bags, and apply appropriate labels specific to the product being packaged.
Assemble Gaylords, insert bags, and move product to the appropriate location in the warehouse.
Open and dump product into the hopper, then return the carton to the production line.
Ensure cartons and bags are closed properly before moving to the carton sealer.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Follow all safety procedures.
Observe safety and security procedures; report potentially unsafe conditions; use equipment and materials properly.
Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, and HACCP Pre-requisite Programs related to activities performed for this position.

What We're Looking For

High School diploma or equivalent.
The ability to stand for long periods of time.
The ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
