Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Production Support Analyst for a 6-month contract to ensure the smooth operation of a healthcare-focused SaaS platform. You will be instrumental in monitoring systems, resolving technical issues, and collaborating across teams to maintain service quality and uptime, directly impacting patient access to care.
What You'll Do
- Monitor the production SaaS platform for issues in data ingestion, transformation, and analytics performance.
- Triage and resolve production incidents to minimize user disruption and system downtime.
- Escalate complex technical problems to the engineering or product teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data management, and customer success.
- Maintain detailed documentation for incidents, resolutions, and post-incident reviews.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases, support documentation, and process automation initiatives.
- Run basic SQL queries to validate data and assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production or technical support roles, ideally within a SaaS or data-centric environment.
- Proficient in basic SQL and familiar with database concepts.
- Comfortable using monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and incident management workflows.
- Experience with Python scripting and troubleshooting software systems.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Able to manage competing priorities independently in a fast-paced setting.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with healthcare data, QuickBase, AWS, data integration tools, analytics platforms, and agile tools like JIRA.
