APAC Mississippi, Inc., a CRH company, is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing production team. You will be responsible for creating an injury-free work environment while providing the direction and coaching necessary for your team to meet all safety, quality, and productivity objectives.
What You'll Do
- Ensure a safe workplace is maintained and foster a safety-first mindset across all activities.
- Drive safety excellence by promoting employee involvement and accountability to proactively eliminate hazards.
- Hire, schedule, supervise, and develop full-time and temporary staff.
- Provide timely coaching, feedback, and administer disciplinary processes as necessary.
- Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews for all team members.
- Facilitate team development, skill growth, and problem-solving.
- Oversee process documentation, training programs, and workplace cleanliness.
- Ensure a quality product is produced and all quality processes are followed.
- Work directly with Quality Control, Engineering, and Maintenance to improve quality, streamline efficiencies, and reduce costs.
- Track productivity for efficiency improvements and operate within budget using lean manufacturing and cross-training.
- Oversee inventory control procedures to achieve accuracy goals.
- Assist with troubleshooting and solving production issues.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.

Nice to Have
- Minimum of a Vocational or Technical Degree in production, process control, or similar.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in production with emphasis on process control in a similar industry.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution organization.
- Proficient computer skills, with Microsoft Office experience as a plus.
