ICF is seeking a part-time, on-call Production Specialist (Production Artist) who will be responsible for preparing accurate, press-ready files for advertising and marketing materials across print and digital media. You will support mission-driven clients working on critical issues.

What You'll Do

Support public- and private-sector clients who tackle issues like HIV/AIDS, disaster preparedness, human trafficking, climate change, child welfare, energy, and more.
Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, and developers.
Create files for client review.
Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing.
Package and preflight files for release to printers or media partners.
Prepare files for online, web, and mobile applications.
Prepare fillable PDFs, including formulas.

What We're Looking For

Five or more years of creative experience within agency and/or marketing environments.
A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
An exceptional eye for detail, with excellent organizational skills.
Strong experience using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
A solid knowledge of the printing processes and preflighting tools.
Understand Section 508 Accessibility requirements and help prepare documents for 508 remediation.
The ability to gracefully handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a high-speed environment.

Nice to Have

Helpful if you have HTML knowledge for email coding.
Proficiency in Office applications helpful but not required, especially Word and PowerPoint.
