Inventive Food Technology is seeking a Production Operator to join our creative, agile, and motivated production team in Lima, Peru. You will contribute to delivering sustainable innovations in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and health & biosciences.
What You'll Do
- Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and building production tasks efficiently and safely, ensuring zero incidents.
- Carry out production activities in accordance with operational guidelines and integrated management systems, including safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Execute and implement mechanical and electrical repair and improvement projects for process equipment and plant infrastructure.
What We're Looking For
- Technical degree in Electricity or Electromechanics.
- Experience in process operations.
Nice to Have
- Experience performing corrective and preventive production in food industry companies.
