Groupe Rocher is looking for a Production Manager to lead our night shift team. Reporting to the Production Unit Manager, you will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring safety and quality, and steering continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Animate and manage the team on a daily basis
- Monitor activity, formalize information, and ensure its transmission
- Guarantee the steering of the continuous improvement process
- Ensure the safety of property and people in the service and animate respect for applicable standards
- Pilot sector activity and control program execution respecting schedule, quality, quantities, and costs
What We're Looking For
- A service and results-oriented professional
- Proficiency with office tools, specifically Excel and SAP
- A BAC+2 qualification combined with team management experience
Nice to Have
- A BAC+5 qualification
