Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Production Helper to join our operations in a modern, clean, and open facility in Tulsa, OK. In this hands-on role, you will operate production machinery, assist operators, and directly contribute to maintaining product quality within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Operate machinery used in the production process.
- Assist machine operators by supplying and handling materials.
- Observe equipment operations to detect malfunctions and notify operators.
- Verify product conformance to quality standards.
- Count finished products to determine completion of order.
- Load and unload items from machines or conveyors.
- Clean and lubricate equipment.
What We're Looking For
- Exemplary attendance, with the ability to work 5 days a week for 8 hours a day.
- Ability to read and use a tape measure.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
- Ability to work a rotational shift (2 weeks on dayshift / 2 weeks on evening shift).
