Monks is hiring a Production Designer for our Buenos Aires office. This middle-level role involves joining a dedicated global team producing high-quality content for the product interfaces of a world-renowned brand.
What You'll Do
- Design static visuals for a wide variety of channels including product interfaces, social media, and display advertising.
- Work as part of a global team of designers, illustrators, animators, editors, and art directors.
- Harmonize speed, style, and scale to produce a high volume of quality assets consistently.
- Safeguard quality and collaborate with QA testers.
- Ensure designs adhere to guidelines and remain consistent across ad formats, dimensions, and languages.
- Work directly with client-side art directors, representing Monks from a design perspective.
What We're Looking For
- Around 2 years of experience crafting digital ads and assets.
- Solid skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ability to keep files, layers, and folders extremely organized.
- Capacity to take charge of small tasks independently and handle bigger jobs with minimal supervision.
- Contribution to different production stages from setting styles and layouts to cutting formats and language versioning.
- A natural aptitude for creating balanced and beautiful layouts.
- A constant eye for process efficiencies.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks and maintain focus.
- Proficiency in English and knowledge of production tricks.
- Clear communication skills and enthusiasm for working with designers worldwide.
- Commitment to adhering to a high level of confidentiality.
Nice to Have
- Skills in Sketch or Figma.
- Mastery of silhouetting and retouching techniques.
