Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Product Support Engineer to serve as a key technical resource for high-profile clients. You will provide expert post-sale support and troubleshooting across complex HVAC systems, ensuring operational continuity and maximizing system performance.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the technical post-sale subject matter expert for multiple HVAC products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues related to installation, usage, and system performance.
- Assess warranty and non-warranty issues, coordinating with local labor providers to implement solutions.
- Conduct training sessions, product demonstrations, and create evaluation criteria to ensure training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with customer service, sales, engineering, and product teams to identify support needs and implement solutions.
- Gather and analyze information from customers and internal teams to improve support programs and tools.
- Travel up to 25% domestically to support strategic accounts as needed.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in light commercial or commercial HVAC service.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency, initiative, and ownership.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
