Kiln is hiring a Product Support Engineer (Blockchain) to own relationships with customers and prospects across the EMEA region. You will ensure the successful integration of our API-first products and the improvement of client staking and DeFi activities by working closely with GTM, Product, and Engineering teams.
What You'll Do
- Help business clients understand the staking process, available options, and how to use Kiln's staking services effectively.
- Address client inquiries related to staking, troubleshoot issues, and guide them through the resolution process.
- Communicate new features, updates, and platform improvements, ensuring clients understand their impact.
- Contribute to and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of staking-related information.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of technical customer support experience in a B2B software company, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Proven experience with API troubleshooting, software implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Experience with Postman or another API testing tool.
- Strong ability to prioritize and resolve support tickets effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills across all channels.
- 1+ year of experience in web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency, or proven personal experience, with a solid understanding of protocols, staking, and DeFi.
- Fluent (written and spoken) in English.
