This role focuses on managing the end-to-end lifecycle of selected pharmaceutical products, ensuring technical integrity from development transfer through ongoing production. The Product Steward III maintains comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and supports the evaluation of technical changes, including feasibility, risk assessment, and impact on validation status.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee production processes across the product lifecycle, ensuring continuity of knowledge and compliance with technical standards.
- Support root cause investigations for process deviations and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving product quality and reliability.
- Assess proposed technical changes, define required technical batches, and verify associated risks and benefits.
- Prepare and maintain electronic manufacturing records (MBR) and ensure proper documentation practices.
- Ensure ongoing process validation, including approval of protocols and reports related to technical modifications.
- Provide technical input during product transfers or launches, supporting knowledge transfer and documentation needs.
- Engage in projects designed to strengthen product robustness and long-term sustainability.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a university degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical technology, chemistry, or a related scientific discipline. Strong command of English is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation ranges from €31,840 to €47,760 gross annually. Additional components include an annual bonus (STI), vacation and Christmas bonuses, and shift-related allowances for night, weekend, and rotational work.
