At Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions, we are looking for a Product Specialist – Screening Media & Wear Protection to drive sales growth and provide vital technical expertise for our product lines. In this role, you will be a key player in building strong customer relationships, supporting our operational goals, and advancing innovation in screening solutions.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow existing customer sales while actively identifying new opportunities.
- Support service and equipment sales teams to ensure we exceed customer needs.
- Build deep knowledge of customer site processes to recommend optimal media choices.
- Drive the innovation and development of new screening media and wear protection products.
- Share competitor intelligence with sales and R&D teams to maintain our market edge.
- Support training and knowledge development initiatives across the sales organization.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in mineral processing operations.
- Proven process plant experience and a solid understanding of mineral processing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A proactive, outcomes-driven individual who fosters cross-functional teamwork.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international trips.
- A valid driver’s license is required.

- A degree in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering.

Work Mode
This position offers a local-country work mode and is flexible within North America. Extensive travel is a core part of the role.
