- Coordinate with support teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements in the DACH region
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new clients using customized solution setups
- Gather and prioritize feature requests from regional customers
- Ensure alignment between product roadmaps and regional business goals
- Participate in agile development cycles to provide customer-centric input
- Evaluate third-party integrations for compatibility with core product offerings
- Drive customer success through proactive solution optimization
- Contribute to pricing strategies for solution packages
- Represent the customer perspective in internal product planning sessions
- Maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders at client organizations
- Support quality assurance processes for solution deployments
- Track key performance metrics related to solution adoption and effectiveness
