What You'll Do

Develop and deploy applications to Azure using Azure DevOps and Azure PaaS.
Contribute to architecture documentation and participate in gate reviews for infrastructure, security, and performance.
Ensure deliverables are self-certified before transition to QA or customers.

What We're Looking For

BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field (advanced degree or training a plus).
3+ years of hands-on software product development experience.
Proven ability as a strong individual contributor.
Solid experience with C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Winforms, API, Azure DevOps, and Git.
Experience with Azure tools including Storage, Service Fabric, Functions, Service Bus, and SQL.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to speak up and articulate ideas.
Object-oriented design fundamentals.
Unit testing skills, preferably test-driven development.
API design and usability experience.
Experience with Visual Studio, VS Code, and Azure DevOps in an Agile environment.
Experience with HTML5, CSS, JSON, and JS libraries.
Experience using CoPilot or similar AI tools for developer productivity.
Experience with Agile Methodologies/Scrum, Test Driven Development, and Unit Testing.
3-6 years of overall development experience.
Understanding of the Agile SDLC.
Responsive Design experience.
Environment management: repository, versioning, build management, deployments.
Experience with product release cycles, code reviews, and defect management.
Experience with multi-threading, application clustering, scalability, performance, security, code analysis, and optimization.
Database design and development experience.
Experience with localization/globalization, security, performance, and integration with third-party components.
A commitment to the continuous improvement of product design practices.

Nice to Have

Experience with reporting technologies like SSRS or equivalent.
Experience in optimizing application performance to meet Non-Functional Requirements.
Experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
Experience with Dapper and AG Grid.
Experience with SSO using SAML/Ping Federate.
Azure or Microsoft Certifications.
