EVERIENCE seeks a Product Owner to drive our AI strategy, focusing on modernizing user assistance through intelligent tools. You will be responsible for developing new AI use cases, including an omni-channel companion bot, and ensuring their successful integration into our ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Identify, prioritize, and scope AI use cases in collaboration with business teams.
- Structure the product roadmap and ensure AI projects align with operational needs.
- Define value, performance, and acceptance criteria for AI solutions.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies with internal teams and integrators.
- Work closely with the AI Factory and multi-LLM teams.
- Coordinate exchanges with nearly 40 internal stakeholders to ensure understanding and adoption of solutions.
- Secure the delivery and integration of AI tools into the existing ecosystem.
- Perform regular monitoring of developments and solution performance.
- Contribute to the implementation of the omni-channel bot (ITSM/Teams) and other user assistance tools.
What We're Looking For
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master.
- Significant experience on AI, Data, LLM, or Selfcare projects.
- Strong mastery of Agile methods and the ability to unite and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Ease in communicating with diverse business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business challenges into concrete technical solutions.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a large corporation or multi-site environment.
Team & Environment
You will work with internal teams, integrators, the AI Factory, multi-LLM teams, and coordinate with approximately 40 internal stakeholders.
