Requirements

Fluent English (spoken and written).
Proven experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst.
Strong, clear and structured communication skills (stakeholder-facing).
Ability to translate business needs into well-scoped, buildable product requirements.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Comfortable working in agile product teams and multi-stakeholder environments.
Technical background in software development or a closely related area (or equivalent experience working very closely with engineering teams).
Able to engage in technical discussions, understand dependencies, and navigate delivery trade-offs.
Structured, autonomous, pragmatic, execution-focused and impact-driven.
GA4 (required).

Nice to Have

Amplitude (preferred).
Experience with product metrics, user journeys and funnels.
