Capgemini is looking for an Apprentice Product Owner to join our teams. In this one-year apprenticeship, you will support Product Owners on client or internal projects, playing a key role in translating business needs into actionable development work within an Agile framework.
What You'll Do
- Gather and analyze stakeholder needs, translating them into clear User Stories.
- Write and maintain the Product Backlog based on strategic priorities and user feedback.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure features are delivered correctly and on time.
- Assess the feasibility of user recommendations while respecting budget constraints.
- Facilitate Agile rituals including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure fluid communication and lead workshops between technical teams, business units, and clients.
What We're Looking For
- Currently in the final year of a Master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Digital Project Management, or Organization Management.
- Seeking a 1-year apprenticeship contract.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented approach.
- Proven organizational skills and a rigorous work ethic.
- Technical affinity and understanding of project management within an Agile organization.
- Good command of English (B2 level written and oral).
